Ashwagandha is one of my favorite adaptogenes. Ashwagandha is able to penetrate the vitiating cycle of stress in which we find ourselves. Studies indicate ashwagandha possesses anti-inflammatory, antitumor, antistress, antioxidant, immunomodulatory, hemopoetic, and rejuvenating properties. It also appears to exert a positive influence on the endocrine, cardiopulmonary, and central nervous systems.

I’d like to use tinctures. Herbal tinctures are easy to use and more powerfull than dried herbs. Just shake well before using and mix 15-30 drops in warm water.
